Let the Season Begin
Here is a general overview of the times and places for our workouts this season. For specific detail of the workouts please checkout the club chat section and our facebook page. Both places are also great venues for connecting with people doing rides, runs and swims at other locations and times. While these informal training workouts are not organised by KTC, you will find many of our members are a part of them.
Monday Evenings: at 6pm (starting June 25, 2012 to approximately Aug 20th) Open Water Swims at the PUC dock.
Tuesday Evenings: at 5:45pm (already started) KTC Run Workouts with Runner's Choice/KRRA at the Fort Henry info booth. Track workouts will begin in May at the Kingston Memorial Centre. Tuesday mornings at 6:00am KTC Masters Swim resumes September 27, 2011 to June 2012. Watch the website for details.
Wednesday Evenings: at 6:30pm (please arrive by 6:15pm) Bike/Brick Workouts at Myles Acres Farm on Abbey Dawn Road. Bring your running shoes every week. First workout starts April 18, 2012.
Thursday Evenings: Thursday mornings at 6:00am KTC Masters Swim resumes September 27, 2011 to June 2012. Watch the website for details.
Friday Evenings: - hug your kids and have dinner with your significant other- you can't train everyday.
Saturday mornings: at 7:15 am KTC Master Swim resumes September 27, 2011 to June 2012. Watch the website for details.
Sunday mornings: at 8:30am (already started) Group Runs with KTC/Runner's Choice/KRRA. Meet at Runner's choice at 56 Brock Street.
